RMU Culverts

The Foundation Ring Main Culvert is an Energex standard item used when installing a Ring Main Unit (RMU) switchgear assembly. The culvert is used to provide a safe working environment because it mitigates the risk of excavation cave-in when cables for the RMU are being located. With ease in mind, the culvert has universal channel struts installed to the top of the walls. This assists when positioning and mounting the RMU assembly.
